Levelling the Field
This piece embodies my newer practice of using 3 - 5 main areas of color, broken up by various methods of line-making. In addition to multiple brushstrokes, it includes my flat graphic "zips" as well as the 3 orange/cream "strips" which are painted copies of tape used in previous paintings. This 36" x 24" work is available in my studio.
